If an extension violates user privacy or the terms of use, it would be immediately removed. Our extension only requests the minimum permissions necessary for functionality.
DO MY CONVERSATIONS AND CONTACTS GET EXPORTED WHEN I USE THE EXPORT FEATURE?
No, the export feature retrieves data from your browser's local memory and saves it directly to your computer. The data is never transmitted to our servers or processed anywhere outside your device. Everything stays on your machine.
IS MY PHONE NUMBER EXPOSED TO THIRD PARTIES?

We save audience data when you create contact groups, allowing you to use them multiple times for broadcasting. We also provide a quick broadcast option if you prefer not to have this data saved.
Workflow Information
We keep your automation workflow configurations in our database, ensuring you can access them whenever you're on WhatsApp Web.
API Keys
We securely store your third-party API keys (if provided) in encrypted format in our database.
Security Promise
All information is saved securely in our database using encryption and is never used for marketing purposes or shared with any third parties.
Request to Delete Your Data
INTINDER allows users to delete their data at any time. To initiate the deletion, please send your request to privacy@intinder.com and include the email address or WhatsApp number you used with our tool. We will process your request within 30 days.

Refund Policy
You can request a refund within 15 days of your purchase. To request a refund, kindly send us an email at support@intinder.com detailing the reason for your refund request. We appreciate your feedback and will process your refund as soon as possible.
Note: A refund will not be processed if you request multiple account or license changes, or if there is evidence of abuse of the service.
